Preliminary Conference Agenda

The 2004 Training Conferences for WIB Labor Representatives, Labor Program Operators and other union leaders interested in workforce development policy are being held in partnership with two state labor federations that have active workshop development programs. The agenda and workshop offerings for the two conferences reflect the programs of the California Labor Federation's Workforce and Economic Development (WED) program and the New York State AFL-CIO Workforce Development Institute. However, the content of the Wednesday afternoon session specifically designed for WIB labor representatives will be the same in each site and a number of key workshop topics are common to both locations.
