The FLSA overtime lawsuit is moving forward.

The 7th Annual CAPE Golf Tournament takes place Friday, Oct. 19 at the Royal Vista Golf Club in Walnut.

This is a fun day for CAPE members, retirees and supporters and includes raffle prizes, awards and dinner.

Ballots for the 2018 CAPE Board of Directors election were mailed on Monday, July 23 to CAPE members.

Be on the lookout for these ballots and be sure to VOTE! Completed ballots must be received at the election P.O. Box by noon on Aug. 23. (Ballots will NOT be accepted at the CAPE office.)

The ballot count will be held at 6 p.m. at the CAPE office in the Board Room on Aug. 23. Members are welcome to attend!

By now you may have heard about a U.S. Supreme Court decision that came down today in a case known as Janus v. AFSCME.

This notice is to advise you of a decision made June 27 in the U.S. Supreme Court Case of Janus v. AFSCME Council 31 and how it pertains to you and your fair share contributions to CAPE.
